Because of the intimate and unique nature of our home, we’ve developed a rigorous, top-to-bottom cleaning process that goes far beyond standard hospitality practices.

We don’t cut corners — we clean them.

Our space features leather surfaces throughout, which not only add to the bold aesthetic but also allow us to thoroughly sanitize everything after each stay. Leather is ideal for hygienic cleaning, giving us full confidence that all playroom equipment, dungeon furniture, and surfaces are disinfected to a medical-grade level of cleanliness.

Every booking triggers a multi-step deep clean process:

  • All leather furniture, equipment, and high-touch surfaces are wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant.

  • Linens, towels, and bedding are professionally laundered at high temperatures.

  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped with antibacterial solutions.

  • Bathrooms and kitchens are scrubbed and sanitized from top to bottom.

  • The playroom and dungeon area receive extra attention with specialized products designed to clean and preserve both leather and hardware safely and effectively.

Because this is a family-owned and operated business, we don’t outsource our standards. We personally inspect and approve every clean before check-in — and it shows.   • No Parties Allowed

  • No more than 6 people allowed at the house

  • All guests must be 25 or older

  • Quiet Hours From 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

  • Report any damage immediately

  • Smoking is only allowed outside including E-cigs, Please use the ashtrays provided. 

  • No Pets Allowed

 Checkout Process

We don’t want you to worry about a thing

All we ask is that you shut off lights, lock the doors and please notify us of your departure so that we have ample time to clean the house for the next guest.
